Xuzhou Metalforming Machine Factory, which is a large state-owned enterprise ， covers an area of 460,000 square meters including a construction area of 120,000 Square meter ， and has total assets of 220 million Yuan including more than 130 million Yuan fixed assets. We have 695 varied machineries including 86 precise, huge and rare ones. There are 1300 staffs including 280 professional technicians and 150 of them are advanced and intermediate technicians in our factory.

    Our factory, which was founded in 1958 and started manufacturing mechanical presses in mass production from 1964, is one of the first fixed production sites of mechanical presses authorized by the Domestic Mechanical and Industrial Ministry, and was evaluated as the National Enterprise of Second Grade in 1988. We have more than 55 years' history of open back presses development. There are 25 series of our main leading products such as type J11, J21, J23, JF, JE21, JD21, JZ21, JL21, JK21, JK31, NTP, NCPF, JG, VH, SH, JF 75G , JS, JE25, JE31, Y32, Y27, JE31, JE36, JH31, JH36, JKD36, JKD39, JKD21, JKD31, JKD25, JKD89 which are classified into 160 categories. We can also provide XD001-XD008 special device for wheel rim in complete sets. The products are widely used in the field of aeronautics, automobiles ， agricultural machines, electric machines, apparatuses and meters, medical equipments, electrical home appliances and hardware.

    The High Speed Presses include SH, VH and JF 75G series introduce foreign technology. With hensive specifications, high speed presses ranges from 250KN to 3000KN, including single point and two points, open back and straight side with top and middle grades. The No. of stroke of VH and JF 75G presses per minute is 150-600, while SH presses are 1200 strokes per minute. These series presses are suitable for manufacturing of electrical connector, EI sheet, micro-motor, communication device and home appliance. Especially SH, JF 75G series presses can replace import devices from German, Japan , Korea and Taiwan . We have achieved the top level of manufacturing and technology in China .
